Week In Review!

Delainey's well on her way to becoming the next big fashion designer...or maybe not, but she is having a blast picking out clothes and mix matching them to adhere to her very own style. Work it girl!

Isaac took a header into the neighbor's TV stand the other night and is now the proud owner of his very own goose egg, complete with a bright red gash! I have never in my life seen a bump on someones head quite that big! I wasn't there when it all went down (thank God!) but Luke said he barely even cried!

Delainey decided to rearrange her room a bit. Yes, that is everything the child owns stuffed into her crib! I guess she comes by it naturally though since her brother did this when he was about her age!

Isaac made his very first goal ever this past week. It was pretty incredible. I did the whole screaming like a crazy person and even teared up a bit! He also moved up two levels in reading. He started at a level 6 at the beginning of the year and is currently at a level 18. I am not too sure what the levels mean exactly but the goal for the year is 18 and he is already there! Plus, I love the fact that he reads to Delainey...and she seems pretty happy about it too.

We are also in the middle of potty training hell! Delainey has the concept but refuses to do it unless she is in the mood. We went two straight days with her using the potty and having only one accident to her peeing/pooping in her pants non stop! I have put her back into a diaper for now and I am reworking my game plan for this week!

All in all, the kids are doing great! Growing like weeds and keeping us all busy. Aren't they freaking adorable!

For great is His love toward us...

Sounds like a great time being had by all. Isaac, my granpa used to tell me that by the time your 100 you will never remember the bump on your forehead. But you might be able to because your mom took a picture of it.
