Geez oh pete,
This morning I was going to take in two bags of apples for Ise's class, the teacher had mentioned that she needed some donated. However, I woke up with a mild stomach bug and was a little nervous about trying to walk through the school carrying two bags of apples and the baby. So, I instructed Isaac to take the two bags in and give them to his teacher.
Well, you would have thought I asked him to set himself on fire. He was totally distraught, turned completely white and broke out into a cold sweat! Apparently, the daily routine when you arrive to class is, you put your book bag away, find your seat and immediately get to work on your worksheet. He told me he couldn't give the apples to his teacher because he was too afraid to speak to her because of the rules. I assured him that the teacher requested the apples and if he politely walked up to her and told her he had apples to donate to the class project she would direct him where to put them and then he could sit down. I thought that was the end of it.
Ah, not so much! Guess who came home with two bags of apples in his book bag? I said ISAAC! You were suppose to give them to your teacher! His response, "Mom, I just couldn't help myself....I didn't want to get in trouble."
On one hand, I am completely annoyed but on the other hand, I completely get his fears! Guess who will be helping the boy deliver the apples tomorrow?

What Big Brothers are Good For...
Covering you, head to toe, in shaving cream while your mom steps out to grab the towels! ( I wish I could have gotten a better shot but she was pretty pissed off by that point!)

Sharing their leftovers,

Lending you a marker to suck on while he works on his art project,

And always knowing just the right thing to do to make you smile,

From the Mouth of Babes
Today while dancing around two small children and trying to get everyone showered and dressed, the following conversation took place:
Ise: Momma, why do you have that bee stamp on your butt?
Me: I made a bad decision when I was younger.
Ise: And that stamp won't ever come off your butt mom?
Me: Nope, not ever.
Ise: Maybe you could pray to God and ask him to get it off your butt.
Me: Would he remove it for me?
Ise: Yes, he could.
Me: How about stretch marks, would he remove my stretch marks too?
Ise: Oh yes Momma, he can do anything, he is that Great!
Apparently, the lessons from bible school this week are really making an impact!

Recent Pics and Ramblings!
Isaac is officially four, although he likes to say he is 64 because that is how old the Cheez is now! He spoke with my sister today on the phone and asked about his newest cousin...he wanted to know if in fact Skylar is as cute as he is! He wore his new Submarine sweater to school today and I have to say looked as handsome as could be, but I am a bit bias!

For his birthday, Ise received about five or six new transformers. He absolutely adores each one of them and takes them everywhere we go in his new Spiderman book bag, even to bed! The only problem is, he can't seem to transform them all, so my days are spent transforming them back and forth from robot to vehicle. In fact, this afternoon he approached me with an arm load of them and said, "Mom, can you transform these?" I had to get a picture of it because it reminded me of the scene in Chevy Chase's Christmas where he hands the tangled lights to his son and says, "Untangle these Russ."

Is Skylar Dillon not the cutest little Butter bean ever? I can't wait to get down there and smooch his little cheeks! Hopefully by the end of the month I can get my hands on the little guy! I suppose Marcy should get all the credit! But, I am sure Skylar won't mind having a smoking hot Aunt Jacqui either!

Ise is anxiously awaiting the arrival of our baby. He was able to feel the baby kick tonight, which he really thought was cool. He is having a difficult time understanding why Emma and Jack and Finn, his cousins, all got babies before he did. He refuses to believe that it's because their daddy's were home more then his this past year. Apparently he isn't into the specifics! I am now almost 27 weeks along and feeling better. My crotch pain is either subsiding a bit or I am getting use to it. The doc prescribed me some minor narcotics but both Luke and I agreed unless it gets too painful, I will just continue to bitch my way through it! Here is my recent belly shot....I could really use a long run and a photographer that doesn't take my pic from 3 feet below me!

In other REALLY big news, we had salmon for dinner tonight! I bought it at the grocery store, Luke grilled it up and it wasn't half bad. Probably not my favorite meal of choice but definitely one I could choke down on occasion. Luke was in heaven, you would have thought I brought him home the winning lottery ticket. Even little Ise ate it, that kid will eat anything if you tell him it will give him strong muscles and make him run fast! In fact, he really only poses for pictures now if you take it while he is flexing!

And this last one, I just couldn't resist. He took it of himself and looks a lot like his daddy. All I have to say is, watch out ladies, he is gonna be a lady killer!

He who rings the Bell!
Today while I was surfing the Internet, Ise run up to me ringing a bell. While ringing the bell, he said, "Mom I need some moneys." When asked what he needed the money for he replied, "I am the guy from Wal-mart ringing the bell." Crazy kid, if the Salvation Army is out front ringing that bell, you better believe Ise is slipping in some change!

Crazy Ise
Today while shopping at Target and listening to Ise mention damn near everything on the shelf he wanted for his birthday, I said, "Ise, enough! I don't want to hear one more word about your birthday!"
He looked at me and said, "Can you get it for me for Christmas then?"
